We offer one of the largest tractor and equipment auctions in Texas. Show up early and walk the equipment yard and see all of the equipment available for auction.

Doors Open: 7:30am
Auction Begins: 9:00am

AUCTION ORDER
We will have one lane running starting at 9am
Lane 1 - All tractor & construction equipment
Lane 2 - all ATVs, Lawn mowers, golf carts, etc.
Once we are through with the inside items we will move to the outside items. That includes salvage, trailers, and implements.

Absolute row will sell at 10:30

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Payment on sale day with Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Check.
Must have a letter of guarantee from bank along with your check
Must show driver's license at check-in
Everything is sold "As is, Where is" without warranties expressed or implied.
Auctioneers announcements shall take precedence over any printed material.
Sales Tax is 8.25%
Terp Tax is 1.5%
Heavy Equipment Tax is .001308%

This is a reserve auction. Seller is responsible for protecting their items. NDTA will not be responsible for price protecting.
